He was awarded second place in the poster presentation at the 5th Surgical Research Congress in 2009 with “Sling – Needle Designed for Gallbladder Traction during Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy”.
In the 6th Surgical Research Congress in 2011, he was awarded first place in the invention with the “Sling-Needle Designed for Gallbladder Traction During Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy” and second place again in 2011 at Ege Surgical Days “Innovation Technology and Inventor Surgeons” with “Laparoscopic Stone Collection Pliers” in the Patent Competition.
He holds a patent for “A HANGER NEEDLE” (2013-G-378558) used in laparoscopic surgeries
