Dehydration

What is dehydration? How to Take Precaution?

With the effect of hot weather and high humidity, water consumption becomes more important as water loss increases with sweating. The human body loses not only water but also minerals through sweating, and in cases where the lost fluid and minerals are not replaced, the electrolyte balance of the body is also disrupted. Disruption of this balance affects the whole body, especially the kidneys.
